Bleeding may occur within 24 hours after thrombolysis for cerebral infarction, and close monitoring is needed, which mainly includes the following aspects: 1. Blood pressure measurement: measure blood pressure every 0.5-1 hour, and be alert to the possibility of hemorrhage if you find a sudden increase in blood pressure; 2. Observe the patient’s symptoms, ask whether there is a headache, and whether there is any state of wanting to go to sleep; 3. Assess the degree of neurological deficits every half an hour, such as letting the patient speak, lift his/her hand, and If there is any aggravation or reduction compared with the situation before thrombolysis, etc. 4. If the patient has difficulty in swallowing or choking on drinking water during hospitalization, it is recommended to insert a gastric tube to eat and drink. Feeding by mouth may cause aspiration pneumonia.
