Drug treatment is mainly to prevent infection, including ceftriaxone and other antibiotics for systemic medication.
2. The treatment of rupture and bleeding of nasal mucosa is similar to the treatment of skull base fracture, which mainly focuses on the prevention of asphyxia and reduction of edema, etc. However, prolonged bed rest is not necessary. However, prolonged bed rest is not necessary. Mild bleeding usually does not need medication, and the bleeding can be stopped by itself after compression; if the bleeding is repeated, ephedrine nasal drops can be given to shrink the nasal mucosal blood vessels if necessary.
