SENKANG is the trade name and generic name of Compound Amantadine Tablets, the function and main treatment is used for the relief of fever, headache and other symptoms caused by the common cold and influenza. This product is a compound preparation containing amantadine hydrochloride, acetaminophen, artificial oxalis, caffeine, chlorpheniramine maleate and other ingredients. Acetaminophen inhibits prostaglandin synthesis to exert antipyretic and analgesic effects; amantadine inhibits viral reproduction; caffeine enhances the antipyretic and analgesic effects of acetaminophen and reduces drowsiness, dizziness and other central inhibitory effects caused by other drugs. Chlorpheniramine maleate can reduce symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing; artificial oxalis has antipyretic and sedative effects. The combination of the above drugs can enhance the antipyretic and analgesic effects and relieve or improve the symptoms of fever, headache, limb pain, sore throat, sneezing, nasal congestion and runny nose caused by colds. Use with caution in renal insufficiency, hepatic insufficiency, history of cerebrovascular disease, history of wind-eclampsia or history of psychosis.
