There are more symptoms of cerebral hemorrhage, such as dizziness, headache and limb weakness, etc. According to different hemorrhage sites, there is some variability in their symptoms.
1. Hemorrhage in the basal nucleus region: including hemorrhage in the shell nucleus, hemorrhage in the thalamus, hemorrhage in the head of the caudate nucleus and so on.
(1) Shell nucleus hemorrhage: it is a common type of cerebral hemorrhage, often with symptoms such as hemiparesis on the opposite side of the lesion, hemiplegia, hemianopsia, and isotropic hemianopsia.
(2) Thalamic hemorrhage: it mainly shows symptoms such as contralateral hemiparesis, hemiplegia, hemianopsia, ocular strabismus or dissociative strabismus, mental disorder, and cognitive impairment.
(3) Caudate nucleus head hemorrhage: It is relatively rare and is mostly caused by the rupture of high-pressure arteriosclerosis and vascular malformation. It can lead to headache, vomiting, cervical rigidity and mental symptoms.
2. Lobar hemorrhage: mainly caused by cerebral arteriovenous malformation and vascular amyloidosis, which can lead to forehead pain, vomiting, hemiparesis, urinary and fecal disorders, as well as epilepsy, hemiplegia and other discomforts.
3. Brain stem hemorrhage: it can lead to sudden coma, vomiting coffee-like stomach contents, centralized high fever and other symptoms.
4. Cerebellar hemorrhage: it is caused by rupture of the branch of superior cerebellar artery, which is often characterized by headache, vomiting, dizziness and ataxia.
5. Ventricular hemorrhage: it is categorized into primary and secondary, which can lead to headache, vomiting and consciousness disorder, as well as high fever and irregular respiration.
Once the above abnormal manifestations occur, attention should be paid to timely consultation and treatment in hospital.
