There is no absolute best way to repair the brain of cerebral infarction, mainly through thrombolytic therapy such as alteplase, secondary prevention such as aspirin and atorvastatin, and rehabilitation therapy such as occupational therapy.
1. Thrombolytic therapy: The window period of cerebral infarction is 4.5 hours after the occurrence of cerebral infarction, and thrombolytic therapy should be given immediately without contraindications. After successful thrombolysis, the blood vessels will be reopened, which can minimize the necrosis of brain cells. Representative drugs include reteplase, alteplase and so on.
2. Secondary prevention: After the onset of cerebral infarction, active secondary prevention should be carried out, including the use of aspirin, clopidogrel and other anti-platelet aggregation; the use of atorvastatin, resuvastatin and other drugs to stabilize plaques and regulate blood lipids; the use of metformin, amlodipine and other drugs to regulate blood glucose, blood pressure and so on.
3. Rehabilitation therapy: After the cerebral infarction is stabilized, according to the condition of rehabilitation therapy, including occupational therapy, exercise therapy, speech function training, cognitive function training and so on.
Patients with cerebral infarction need to consult doctor in time, get treatment as early as possible, and take reasonable medication under the guidance of professional doctors.
