How to differentiate between kidney deficiency

Kidney deficiency can be categorized into kidney qi deficiency, kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency according to clinical symptoms. 1. Kidney qi deficiency: it can be seen as fatigue (lack of spirit), tinnitus, lumbar and knee weakness (a feeling of weakness in the lumbar and knee areas), frequent and clear urination, incomplete urination (after urination, there are still a few drops or a small section of urine overflowing from the opening of the urethra), incontinence, and frequent nocturnal enuresis, and other symptoms. 2. Kidney yin deficiency: it can be seen as soreness and pain in the waist and knees, spermatorrhea in men, scanty menstruation or amenorrhea in women, loose teeth and hair, dizziness and tinnitus, heart-heat (heat in the hearts of the hands and feet, and consciously hot in the heart and chest), hot flashes (a burst of heat), zygomatic redness (cheeks and cheekbones are reddish in color), and other symptoms. 3. Kidney yang deficiency: manifested as dizziness, pale or grayish-black face, soreness and pain in the waist and knees, coldness of the whole body (the most obvious in the lower limbs), mental depression, loss of libido and other symptoms. Those who have the above symptoms should seek medical treatment in time.
