The difference between lymph node and acne is mainly in the nature, performance, composition and location. 1. Nature: lymph nodes are normal immune organs of human body; acne is sebaceous cyst, which is caused by obstruction of excretion of sebaceous glands of skin. 2. Manifestation: when the skin is cut open normally, the lymph nodes can be seen in the superficial and deep fascia, but cannot be felt on the surface of the body, while acne can be seen in the case of skin elevation. 3. Composition: the main component of lymph nodes is lymphocytes, while the main component of acne is tofu dregs-like material. 4. Location: Lymph nodes are located under the skin and between internal organs, such as in the mesentery, while acne is located on the surface of the skin.
