3. Primary thrombocytopenia: primary immune thrombocytopenia is caused by autoimmune dysfunction, the body’s anti-platelet autoantibodies attack platelets, resulting in thrombocytopenia, coagulation dysfunction, skin bleeding and the formation of painless petechiae. Methylprednisolone, gammaglobulin, rituximab and other medications can be applied, and platelet transfusion is necessary.
4. Syphilis: after syphilis spirochete infection, second-stage syphilis manifests itself as a painless and itchy syphilis rash (red papules and plaques) all over the skin. Penicillin, ceftriaxone and other treatments can be applied.
