Nosebleeds in 2-year-old children may be related to trauma, rhinitis and coagulation disorders.
1. Trauma: 2-year-old children walking around and playing, may collide with the nose, causing damage to the capillaries of the nasal mucosa, resulting in nosebleeds, the child’s nose is usually accompanied by pain, swelling and so on.
2. Rhinitis: if the child has rhinitis, the capillaries in the nasal cavity are congested and edematous, stimulating the child to sneeze, causing capillary rupture, which can also lead to nosebleeds.
