In children with lymph nodes behind the ear, the following treatment is clinically necessary: 1. If the lymph nodes are newly found to be enlarged, with local skin temperature rising when pressed and painful, and the patient is crying, clinically the primary focus is mostly auricular or ear canal or otitis media disease, and the involvement of other inflammatory diseases in the pharynx and other parts cannot be excluded. If the lymph nodes are enlarged but the patient has no obvious symptoms, the lymph nodes may be chronic lymphadenitis, which may be related to the patient’s repeated otitis media, tympanitis, etc. If there are no obvious symptoms, the lymph nodes can be observed and no special treatment is needed, and the lymphadenitis may gradually disappear. 3. Other conditions For example, some children have lymph node tuberculosis, which usually requires anti-tuberculosis treatment, but it is relatively rare in clinical practice.
