You must not know the subhealth of several major problems

In the mid-1980s, a Soviet scholar, Professor Bushman, suggested through his research that there is a non-healthy and non-disease intermediate state called “third state” in addition to the healthy state (first state) and the disease state (second state) of the human body. This discovery was confirmed by many scholars later, and similar names were proposed, such as “gray state,” “intermediate state,” “sub-disease state,” “sub-clinical state,” and “sub-clinical state. “subclinical state”, “premorbid state”, “semi-healthy state”, “sub-healthy”, “pre-clinical state”, “pre-clinical state”, and “pre-clinical state”. “preclinical”, “latent disease”, “induced disease”, “wandering state”, and “pre-pathological state” and so on. In the mid-1990s, Chinese scholar Wang Yuxue introduced the term and concept of “subhealth” and theoretically discussed the model of “health == subhealth == disease”. On May 12, 1997, the Chinese Pharmaceutical Society held the “Academic Seminar on Subhealth” in Beijing, which was the first academic conference on subhealth in China. The name “subhealth” and the concept of subhealth in a broad sense were established. At present, there is no unified definition and clear diagnostic standard for “sub-healthy state” in the medical field, but it is generally believed that “sub-healthy state” refers to a state of low quality of health and its experience when the body and mind are in between disease and health, and it is a state in which the body has no clear disease, but there are physical and mental problems. It is a physiological state in which the body does not have clear diseases, but there are various physical and psychological discomforts and symptoms, thus showing reduced vitality and adaptability to the outside world. In 1997, a nationwide survey of a large sample (50,000 valid questionnaires) of 103 sub-health symptoms showed that the incidence of sub-health among the surveyed population was about 58.18%. According to the data released by experts at the “2002 China International Symposium on Subhealth”, 70% of the people in China are in a “subhealthy state”. The results of a survey on the subhealth of different groups of people, including residents of the community, teachers, young students, military personnel, and cadres of institutions, show that the incidence of subhealth ranges from 14.32 to 79.64%. However, it is difficult to compare them with each other because the subhealth criteria and assessment tools and methods used in each survey are different. In the 1980s, a survey in the United States found that 14% of adult men and 20% of women had significant fatigue, and 1/8 of them had developed CFS. In the United Kingdom, surveys have shown that about 20% of men and 25% of women experience fatigue, of which about 1/4 may have CFS. The Japanese Ministry of Labor announced in March 2000 that 1/3 of Japan’s working-age population has CFS. No such large-scale survey has been conducted in China, but a study showed that 202 out of 923 subjects met the CDC’s CFS diagnostic criteria (1994). The symptoms of “sub-healthy state” involve both mind and body, and their clinical manifestations are diverse. Generally speaking, they can be divided into somatic subhealth with physical symptoms, psychological subhealth with psychological symptoms, and social adaptation subhealth with interpersonal maladaptive behaviors. 1. Somatic “subhealth” is mainly characterized by fatigue, insomnia and other comprehensive symptoms, as well as gastrointestinal discomfort, headache and dizziness, muscle and joint pain, palpitation and chest tightness, and sexual dysfunction involving digestive, neurological and cardiovascular systems. 2.Psychological “subhealth state” Common psychological symptoms include depression, depression, anxiety, fear, tension, compulsion, jealousy, neuroticism, hypochondria, etc. 3, social adaptation “sub-health state” is manifested as poor social adaptation ability and unstable interpersonal relationships, such as difficulties in adapting to the work, life, study and other environments, difficulties in coordinating interpersonal relationships, etc. In terms of behavior, indifference, helplessness, loneliness, emptiness, autism, aggression, risk-taking, substance abuse, etc. Subhealth is not caused by a single factor, but by a combination of many factors, including genetics, physique, personality traits, psychological stress, social environment, and lifestyle. Therefore, the treatment of “subhealth” should not be a single symptomatic treatment, but a comprehensive treatment that includes adjusting the bad lifestyle, avoiding or reducing various harmful stimuli, and relieving physical and mental symptoms. For the treatment of “sub-healthy state”, Western medical researchers usually look for the causes from the biomedical point of view, and emphasize the use of medical treatment alone in formulating intervention countermeasures, which is often not satisfactory. In China, researchers have been conducting research and practice on the treatment of sub-health from the theory of Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine attaches importance to the prevention and early intervention of diseases, advocates the harmony and unity of human and nature, and pays attention to the importance of emotional and mental illnesses; advocates “treating the disease before it happens”, and advocates overall regulation and discriminatory treatment, which is in line with the treatment thinking of subhealth; therefore, in recent years, there have been more researches on the methods of Chinese health care, medicinal food therapy, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, massage, and acupuncture points, etc. Therefore, in recent years, there have been more researches on the methods of TCM health care, dietary therapy, herbal medicine, acupuncture, massage and acupressure, etc., which have achieved certain effects. Psychological treatment for psychological “subhealth” is also an effective intervention. Sub-health states are common in countries and regions with advanced economies and fierce social competition, and the number is increasing year by year. China is also facing the challenge of sub-health problems due to the increasing pressure of social competition, poor lifestyle, environmental pollution, aging, and disasters, while the economy continues to grow rapidly. Although subhealth manifests itself in the medical field in terms of symptoms, as a whole, it is inextricably linked to the social environment, economic culture, psychological factors and physical fitness. The study of sub-health is still in its infancy, but sub-health has already seriously affected the overall quality of the nation, and how to prevent and treat sub-health is not only a medical field, but also a long-term concern for the government and the public.
