Lymph node surgical excision procedure introduction

The main steps for surgical removal of lymph nodes are as follows: i. First, the enlarged lymph nodes to be removed are checked and marked to avoid unclear display of lymph nodes after local anesthetic injection. Second, the surgical area is routinely disinfected and sterile towels are laid. Local infiltration anesthesia with lidocaine is injected around the lymph nodes to be resected. Third, a curved incision is made in the direction of the long axis of the lymph nodes, and the incision should be larger than the length of the lymph nodes. The skin is incised sequentially and the subcutaneous tissue is revealed to reveal the lymph nodes. 4. Carefully separate the adhesions between the lymph nodes and the surrounding tissues to avoid local bleeding, peel out the lymph nodes completely, and stop the bleeding of the surgical wound thoroughly. V. The wound is sutured and covered with sterile gauze, and the surgery is completed.
