The duration of each period varies, in which most of the febrile period is 3 to 7 days, and a few of them are more than 10 days; the hypotensive shock period usually lasts 2 to 4 days; the oliguria period lasts 5 to 8 days; the polyuria period lasts 7 to 14 days; the recovery period usually starts in the fourth week of the disease, the urine output gradually returns to normal, nocturia disappears, the urinary concentrating function recovers, and the general condition improves, and there is no obvious self-conscious symptom, except for the flaccidness. The course of epidemic hemorrhagic fever varies from person to person, some patients with severe disease will be prolonged, once the diagnosis is confirmed, it is necessary to carry out active treatment, more bed rest during the period, supplementation of appropriate nutrition.
