I gained a lot after attending the meeting. 1.Total retinal photocoagulation combined with anti-VEGF treatment for diabetic retinopathy can reduce the leakage of blood vessels; 2.Long-term efficacy of total retinal photocoagulation for diabetic retinopathy done at one time is better than multiple treatments; 3.Injection of anti-VEGF drugs before vitrectomy for diabetic retinopathy can improve the efficiency of surgery and reduce intraoperative bleeding and other complications. 4. Diabetic retinopathy may also be an autoimmune disease, and new treatment methods are expected to be developed.
