What is the cause of the many small red spots on the ankle

The condition of having many small red dots on the ankle may be a sign of allergy in the area, and this allergy may most commonly be localized papular urticaria. Because most occurrences of papular urticaria may be related in some way to mite allergy, there may be some inflammatory red bumps. Some people may develop certain symptoms of papules and blisters as the inflammation continues to develop. In addition to this there is also the possibility that this small red spot is occurring below the epidermis and this is when it could be purpura. Purpura generally occurs mostly in that area commonly known as allergic purpura. The reason for the onset of allergic purpura may be the ingestion or inhalation of allergens, causing the formation of certain bleeding points below the skin tissue, forming a lot of small red spots, but generally no obvious itching symptoms.
