Applying saline solution after squeezing a pimple is generally not anti-inflammatory. 1. Acne: If the pimples are caused by acne, patients need to keep the affected area clean. 2. Folliculitis: Folliculitis may also lead to acne, patients should wash the affected area with warm water and antibacterial soap. It is recommended to disinfect the affected area with topical hydrogen peroxide solution after squeezing the pimple. If it is caused by bacterial infection, antibiotic drugs such as fusidic acid and erythromycin need to be used externally; if it is caused by fungal infection, antifungal drugs such as ketoconazole and miconazole need to be used externally.
Usually, it is not recommended to apply saline after squeezing acne, the drug may not be able to anti-inflammatory.
