Can metastatic lymph nodes from breast cancer still be cured?

If breast cancer metastatic lymph node is in early stage and only metastatic lymph node in a certain area occurs, there is a possibility of cure, but if it is in advanced stage and substantial metastasis of other organs occurs, it is generally not curable.
If a patient with breast cancer metastatic lymph nodes is in early stage and only has metastasis in one area, he/she can be cured through surgery to remove the breast cancer and metastatic lymph nodes, and then with chemotherapy or radiotherapy to assist the treatment, generally there is a cure.
Patients with metastatic lymph nodes of breast cancer who are in advanced stage and have substantial metastasis to other organs, such as brain, lung, liver, bone, etc., have high recurrence rate and poor prognosis, and can only be relieved of symptoms and prolong the survival time of the patients through chemotherapy and medication, so they can not be cured once metastasis to parenchymal organs has occurred.
Patients with breast cancer metastatic lymph nodes are recommended to have early treatment to avoid metastasis of parenchymal organs, which will reduce the chance of cure and survival time.
