Is it serious to be positive for hepatitis B virus?

Positive antibody to hepatitis B virus is not serious. There are three types of hepatitis B antibodies: the first is surface antibody; the second is core antibody; and the third is E antibody. Positive hepatitis B virus antibodies are broadly expressed in the following ways: 1. positive test results for surface antibodies, in which case the body produces protective antibodies, or surface antibodies, as a result of the hepatitis B vaccination, in which case the body will no longer be infected with the hepatitis B virus. 2. positive surface and core antibodies: this represents a case in which the body has been infected with the hepatitis B virus and has cleared the virus, while producing 3. positive core antibodies alone: this means that the body has been infected with the virus in the past and cleared it, but is not immune to hepatitis B, i.e., not protective. If all three antibodies are positive at the same time, it often represents the recovery period after hepatitis B infection.
