The hard lump above the right breast differs depending on factors such as gender, age, and the different periods in which it is located, and is mainly divided into the following cases: First, when growing and developing, due to hormonal stimulation leading to breast development, the development is not synchronous and simultaneous, and there are differences, which can appear to have a hard lump and return to normal after waiting for the development to stop. Second, during breastfeeding, due to the failure to empty the milk, long-term milk residue leads to milk stagnation, blockage of the milk ducts, causing local inflammation of the breast, forming acute mastitis, appearing hard and swollen. Third, benign breast tumors, breast cysts, breast hyperplasia, tumors over 1cm can be hard lumps palpable on the surface skin, some breast hyperplasia manifests as hardening of the skin in different parts, and can appear hard lumps above the right breast when touched. Fourth, malignant tumors of the breast, the infiltrative growth of malignant tumors or compression of surrounding tissues, resulting in the formation of local hard lumps. Fifth, breast trauma, subcutaneous soft tissue injury above the right breast exists exudate, appearing local hardness and swelling.
