Why do some people feel hot when they sleep

Feeling hot in bed may be due to the physiological phenomenon caused by the quilt is too thick, may also be due to colds, hyperthyroidism and other diseases caused by the patient is recommended to consult a doctor in time to clarify the cause of the disease.
1. Physiological phenomenon: if the patient sleeps under a thick blanket at night, too much heat will be generated, so the patient will feel very hot.
2. Pathologic factors:

(2) hyperthyroidism: patients with hyperthyroidism will secrete too much thyroid hormone to promote the body’s hypermetabolism, increased systemic excitability, usually manifested as excessive sweating, heat intolerance and so on.
Feeling hot while sleeping has more reasons, if the patient has uncomfortable symptoms should be timely medical examination, clear cause of the disease and follow the doctor’s instructions, to avoid delaying the condition.
