People often say “uterine cold” because the endometrium is easily injured by cold, as mentioned in “Huangdi Nei Jing – Ling Shu” in the chapter of water distension, “Shi Ji is born in the uterus, the cold is in the Zi Men, the Zi Men is closed, the Qi cannot be passed, the bad blood is not diarrhea, epistaxis is stopped by staying, the day is bigger, the appearance is like pregnant son, the menstruation is not in time, all born in women, can be guided and lowered. Women, can be guided and lowered.” The “stone obstruction” mentioned here mainly refers to the disease of endometrial cancer. The difference in treatment is that for endometrial cancer, the blood-activating and blood-stasis-breaking drugs should be hot and powerful, using Chuan Guan, Angelica, Amethyst, Wu Ling Li, San Lian, Curcuma longa, Turtle worms, wine rhubarb, leeches, etc.; for phlegm turbidity, use Nan Xing, Jiang Han Xia, White Mustard Seed, Wei Ling Xian, Ephedra, Wu Yao, Jiao Shan Zha.
