1. Spontaneous pain in the tooth with hot and cold soreness is mostly considered to be a symptom of acute pulpitis. 2. After opening the pulp and drainage to relieve the pain, all or most of the pulp will be removed and systematic root canal treatment will be carried out, including root canal cleaning, root canal preparation, root canal filling and so on.
3. In addition to spontaneous pain, hot and cold stimulation pain and other symptoms, patients with acute pulpitis also have night pain and pain that cannot be localized. Clinical diagnosis can be confirmed by probing, percussion, temperature testing and taking imaging films.
