What’s going on with the delicate enhancement of the light spots in the liver?

Intrahepatic light spot enhancement is delicate, which can be seen in fatty liver, chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and other diseases. 1. Fatty liver: patients with fatty liver can show fine spot enhancement, echo thickening and enhancement suggesting diffuse liver lesions, with the further aggravation of fatty liver, the ductal echoes in the liver gradually become thin or even disappear. 2. Chronic hepatitis: the enhanced and delicate echogenicity of the light spots in the liver is not specific for diagnosis, and may be seen in chronic hepatitis, which needs to be combined with the results of Hepatitis B 5 and Hepatitis C antibody tests to initially assess whether there is chronic hepatitis. 3. Hepatosclerosis: Patients with hepatosclerosis may also have fine thickening of echoes, which should be systematically evaluated in combination with ultrasound of the liver and CT of the abdomen. If delicate enhancement of light spots in the liver is found, it is recommended to consult the gastroenterology department or hepatobiliary surgery department of a regular hospital for a definite diagnosis.
