A white pustule on the inside of the eye is usually a symptom of a local infection, including an abscess or wheals on the eyelid, and it is recommended to actively treat the infection to prevent it from becoming larger or breaking down. It is generally recommended that systemic and local antibiotic medications be applied, such as topical levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops, erythromycin eye ointment applied to the conjunctival sac, and systemic oral or sedative antibiotics if necessary. If, after conservative treatment, the local abscess does not show signs of shrinking, or becomes larger and larger and is about to burst, it is recommended that early surgical treatment be performed to cut open the abscess and release the pus so that the local lesion can return to normal as soon as possible.
