Ground glass nodular lung adenocarcinoma can be treated by puncture for pathologic examination and then surgical resection according to the examination results. Ground glass nodule is a kind of description in imaging, which is usually caused by tumor, inflammation and infection in the lungs, etc. Ground glass nodular lung adenocarcinoma usually has the characteristics of lung tumor. Lung adenocarcinoma nodules at different periods of time are characterized by different imaging features. If it is early lung adenocarcinoma, it can be examined pathologically by puncture, and the result of the examination, if malignant, needs to be treated by surgical resection. If the ground glass nodule is too small for puncture, dynamic observation can be chosen.
