1. Estrogen: Early onset ovarian insufficiency, which refers to the loss of normal function of a woman’s ovaries before the age of 40, can be supplemented with estrogen to improve the symptoms. The more commonly used medications are estradiol valerate, estradiol, and norethindrone, etc. It should be noted that they cannot be used by women who are suspected to be pregnant and cannot be used by those who have had an active venous or arterial thrombosis within 6 months.
2. Estrogen-progestin compound preparation: this compound preparation is more convenient to take, but also can improve the body’s hormone levels, more commonly used is estradiol valerate tablets / estradiol cyproterone tablets, estradiol tablets / estradiol dextroprogesterone tablets, it should be noted that women can not be used in pregnancy, no diagnosed vaginal bleeding can not be used, or suspected of breast cancer patients can not be used.
