Patient: increased volume of the butterfly saddle, abnormal soft tissue signal seen in the saddle, growth into the suprasellar pool, compression of the optic cross, invasion of the left cavernous sinus, and a cystic border seen in the lesion. The lesion was abnormally enhanced.
