What hypopituitarism indicates

Patients may find hypopituitarism due to abnormalities in the local blood supply. For example, there may be a history of cerebral hemorrhage, or trauma or immune factors that may have impaired local circulation. Or a tumor may have grown around the pituitary gland, which has the ability to rob the surrounding tissues of nutrients excessively, or it may have grown excessively and caused the surrounding organs and tissues to shrink, thus causing a decrease in pituitary function. Once the pituitary gland function decreases, the body will have abnormalities in various physiological functions. The pituitary gland is divided into the adenohypophysis and the pituitary gland, which is capable of secreting physiological hormones on its own. The pituitary gland mainly stores hormones produced by the hypothalamus, so a functional condition will lead to significant physiological changes in each gland through negative feedback regulation.
