What is the normal value of blood pressure measurement

If an adult patient’s blood pressure is measured at rest and the systolic pressure is between 100-120 mmHg and/or the diastolic pressure is between 60-80 mmHg, this is considered the most standard blood pressure. If a patient’s systolic blood pressure is between 120-139 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is between 80-89 mmHg, this is considered a normal high value and is considered a normal value. However, if the latest criteria for diagnosing hypertension are followed, adult patients are advised to keep their systolic blood pressure below 130 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure below 80 mmHg when measured at rest, this blood pressure is considered relatively normal. Patients are advised to combine lifestyle interventions to improve their blood pressure, regardless of whether they currently have hypertension or not, and the more standard the blood pressure control, the greater the benefit to the patient will be, relatively speaking.
