What’s with the big chunks of scalp on my head?

There are two possibilities for very large dandruff on the scalp: one is seborrheic dermatitis and the other is scalp psoriasis. Seborrheic dermatitis is mainly characterized by greasy dandruff, accompanied by erythema and sometimes a fishy odor, which may be related to Malassezia furfur infection, and fatigue and emotional stress can lead to seborrheic dermatitis. Seborrheic dermatitis can be given locally with compound miconazole cream externally, together with selenium disulfide lotion, oral vitamin B complex, avoid eating spicy stimulating food, greasy food and sweets. Scalp psoriasis is mainly characterized by silvery-white scales, and bleeding spots can be seen after forcibly peeling off the scales. Due to the thicker scales, the scalp often appears bundles of hair and brush-like hair, can be given topically as a topical application.
