What is the protocol for cardiac resuscitation compressions and artificial respiration for electrocution

The cardiac resuscitation compression and artificial respiration when electrocution, also known as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in clinical practice, is divided into a number of specific programs, as follows:

1. Before performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the first thing to do is to remain calm, timely assessment of the surrounding environment, the patient’s consciousness, respiration and carotid artery pulsation and other vital signs. Under the premise of ensuring the safety of the rescuer, seek the help of the surrounding people and call 120 first aid in the shortest possible time, judge the patient’s physical condition, clean up the airway in time, unbuttoned and unbuttoned pants, etc..

2. Perform chest compressions on the patient, the correct part is the middle and lower part of the sternum, the depth of compression is at least 5 centimeters, and the frequency is at least 100 times per minute.

3. 30 times of compression, that is, 2 times of artificial respiration, blowing the patient’s nose should be pinched, while blowing time should be maintained at about 1 ~ 2 seconds. 30 times of chest compression and 2 times of artificial respiration for a cycle, after 5 consecutive cycles of the need to assess the patient’s vital signs, in the heartbeat, respiration before the need to continue to resuscitate.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a specialized skill that should be popularized among the general population. The earlier and more timely the rescue, the higher the success rate.
