How do I exercise for clubfoot due to hemiplegia?

If hemiplegic patients are not properly cared for in the early stages, they may develop clubfoot, which is mainly caused by contracture of the Achilles tendon. It is recommended to communicate with the attending physician for treatment of hallux valgus once it occurs. Our training focuses on stretching the Achilles tendon, including stretching the Achilles tendon in the extended knee joint condition and in the flexed knee joint condition. The strength is moderate and the stretches must be performed gradually. In addition, foot braces can be worn to prevent pronation and to treat pronation.
