Hand syncope yin pericardium meridian starts from chest and ends from hand, traveling along the medial midline of the upper limbs, with Tianchi point as the starting point and Zhongchong point as the ending point. The Hand Syncope Yin Pericardium Meridian starts from the chest, i.e., Tianchi Point, out of the Pericardium Collateral, and travels downward through the diaphragm from the chest to the abdomen to contact the upper, middle and lower triple jiao in turn. The branch meridian branches out from the chest and travels laterally to 3 inches below the axilla, then upward to the axilla, and then along the medial midline of the upper arm, i.e., it travels between the Shaoyin meridian and the Taiyin meridian. It travels down to the elbow, then down to the forearm, traveling between the tendon of the palmaris longus and the tendon of the radial flexor carpi radialis, to the palm of the hand, and down to the end of the middle finger, i.e., the Zhongchong acupoint. The second branch chakra branches off from the palm and travels down to the end of the ring finger. If discomfort occurs one should seek medical attention.
