What to do after abortion

After an early abortion, you need to keep warm, rest and get out of bed properly. If you have a painless abortion, you can eat two hours after the procedure. After the abortion, there will be a small amount of vaginal bleeding, which can be bright red at first and slowly turn to dark red. If the bleeding lasts longer than 10 days, it is an abnormal condition and you need to go to the hospital promptly. After 10-14 days of abortion, you need to go to the outpatient clinic for a follow-up examination and gynecological ultrasound to find out if there is any residue in the uterine cavity, and do not have sex or take a tub bath for 1 month after the abortion. If you have a pregnancy, you can have another pregnancy 3-6 months after the abortion to allow the uterine lining to fully repair. After the abortion, oral antibiotics should be taken to prevent infection, and new biochemical pellets should be taken to promote the discharge of blood in the uterine cavity.
