Vitamin D3 derivatives are one of the common types of drugs used in clinical practice for the treatment of psoriasis. Vitamin D3 derivatives have strong effects on inducing epidermal cell differentiation, inhibiting keratinocyte proliferation as well as neutrophil accumulation and immunomodulation. It is currently used clinically for the treatment of psoriasis in the stable or plaque form of the common type with effective therapeutic effects. The treatment of psoriatic nail is still effective, but attention should be paid to the local irritation effect, and it should not be used on the face and thin and tender skin areas such as the groin.
