3. Mitral stenosis: the disease is related to congenital mitral valve development abnormality, rheumatic fever, connective tissue disease. The common manifestations of patients with hemoptysis, cough, etc., can also be manifested as coughing up blood and chest CT, blood routine are normal phenomenon.
It is recommended that patients who cough up blood but have normal chest CT and blood counts should undergo further detailed examination so as to clarify the cause of the disease and then follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
