For larger lipomas, surgical removal is required, routinely under local anesthesia. At the same time, if there is a lesion in the abdominal cavity, such as a tumor, it can also lead to an increase in the size of the patient’s abdomen. Abdominal CT examination can be performed to understand the size of the tumor, the border situation, but also can initially determine the origin of the tumor. If the origin of the tumor is considered to be gastrointestinal, gastroscopy and enteroscopy should be performed, and pathology should be taken to further clarify the nature of the tumor.
