Novel coronavirus pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus infection is not fine if the patient is isolated for 14 days after discharge from the hospital. During the isolation period, if the patient does not have any clinical symptoms and the nucleic acid test is negative, the patient needs to be observed again, and if there are no adverse complaints for the next 14 days and the nucleic acid test is negative, the patient is clinically cured. If a patient with novel coronavirus pneumonia develops symptoms of fever or a positive viral nucleic acid test during the isolation period, medical observation will be continued for another 14 days. Therefore, patients with novel coronavirus infection causing neo-coronavirus pneumonia are recommended to be isolated for two 14-day periods, for a total of 28 days.
