Precautions.
1. Pay attention to the frequency of activities when moving, avoid too fast.
2. Avoid shoulder joint activities when moving the elbow and wrist joints.
3. Avoid pain during exercise, to the limit of slight pain.
4. Wear a tricot when sitting up or standing up in the early stage.
Main training content
1. Active grip of the hand: clench and release the hand for 5-10 seconds each and then relax, pinch the solid fist and fingers each finger completely straight shall prevail, 30 M groups, 1 group M hours.
2, wrist mobility exercises: wrist active palm flexion dorsiflexion exercises, to have obvious muscle contraction shall prevail;
3, the active flexion of the elbow joint, to have obvious muscle contraction shall prevail.
II. Mid-term

Main training content: 1.
1. Continue the above rehabilitation treatment
2.Pendulum training: hold the table with the healthy hand, bend 90 degrees, the limb on the operated side should hang down naturally, and do the exercise of drawing a natural circle, from small circle to large circle gradually;
3.Shrugging exercise: shrug the whole shoulder upward to the highest point and hold it for 5 seconds, 10 M groups, 3 groups of M hours
4.Two-handed ring with chest, chest expansion training: try to do to the maximum angle, 10 M groups, 3 groups of M hours
5, hands around the active forward bending exercises, less than 90 °, from a small angle to a large angle gradually, generally in 4-6 weeks after surgery to reach the normal angle
III. Recovery period
Rehabilitation goals.
1. gradual restoration of normal joint mobility exercises.
2. control of pain in degree.
3. exercises to strengthen muscle strength.
4. Exercises for light weight-bearing activities of daily living.

Main training content.
1.You can start the exercises of shoulder flexion more than 90° or some light weight-bearing work.
2.When the shoulder joint can be flexed or moved on its own, resistance training can be added.
Note: General training should be done three months after surgery to restore muscle strength and joint mobility, and to take care of oneself without the assistance of others. The exercise process should be based on 3-5 minutes of pain.
