Local anesthesia does not matter; 3, after surgery, you need to continue to fasting water for 6 hours, after 6 hours you can eat a small amount of liquid or semi-liquid. Local anesthesia patients can resume eating after surgery; 4, the day after surgery to rest, avoid too much talk affect the patient’s rest; 5, 12-24 hours after surgery will be placed on the wound 500g sandbag compression, reduce wound bleeding, scrotum under the recommended towel or sandbag to elevate the scrotum, accompanying family members can closely observe the patient wound dressing, keep the wound dry and clean, such as wound oozing or contaminated by If the wound is oozing or contaminated by urine, notify the nurse to change the wound dressing in time; 6. Avoid violent coughing and forceful urination and defecation after surgery to avoid wound dehiscence or bleeding due to a sharp increase in abdominal pressure; 7. If there is still no urination for >6 hours after surgery, inform the doctor in time to avoid urinary retention and indwelling catheterization if necessary.  In addition to the above notes, patients under emergency conditions should be monitored closely to observe the patient’s respiration, heart rate, heart rhythm, blood pressure, coughing and sputum, and report any abnormalities to the doctor.
