The disease is not a mere wind cluster, but a wind cluster-like damage, different from urticaria Etiology Spring and autumn, early summer, increased mosquito bites, parks, countryside and other activities time. Most of the disease develops mainly insect bites related, such as mosquitoes, bedbugs, fleas, lice, mites and other bites caused by allergic reactions. This is followed by a rash on the extremities and even the whole body. This is a delayed allergic reaction, sensitization takes about 10 days, then the bite will contribute to the occurrence of rash. Clinical manifestations 1, wind-heat type lesions are mostly on the trunk, extensor side of the limbs. 2, damp-heat type patients concentrated in the lumbosacral region, the lower limbs. 3, for green bean to peanut rice size slightly fusiform red wind-like damage, often with small blisters on the top. The rash is skin-colored or light red or light brown, some rashes are harder chestnut-sized papules, which are swollen after scratching. 4. The old and new rashes often coexist. Generally young patients have significant redness and blisters, often with severe itching that affects sleep. Scratching can cause secondary infection. 5. The rash subsides after 1 to 2 weeks, leaving temporary hyperpigmentation, but new rashes may occur one after another to prolong the course of the disease. The rash often recurs, and there are usually no systemic symptoms. Local lymph nodes are not enlarged. Differential diagnosis: 1. Urticaria This disease is not a simple pemphigus, but a pemphigus-like damage, different from urticaria. 2. Herpetic papular urticaria is often accompanied by pemphigus-like damage. 3. Hebra itchy rash is a rash of rice to green pea-sized papules mainly on the extremities, with obvious infiltration, mostly symmetrical distribution, visible scratch marks, blood scabs, etc., often accompanied by enlarged lymph nodes. Chickenpox has papules, blisters, significant redness, rashes on the scalp and mucous membranes, some with dark brown scabs, mild itching, prodromal symptoms and mild systemic symptoms.
