The data of 4D sheet can be observed through the data of fetal head, internal organs and umbilical cord around the neck.
1. Fetal head: Generally, it is written on the ultrasound sheet that the outline of fetal head is complete, which means that the development of the fetus is normal; if there is any defect or deformation, it means that the fetus has abnormality; no displacement of the midline of the fetal head, and no water retention means that the fetus is developing normally.
2. Internal organs: the structure of the heart, kidneys, spleen, stomach, large intestine, small intestine and other internal organs. The heart has 4 chambers, the right and left atria are symmetrical in size, the atria are continuous, there is a cross in the center of the heart, the atrioventricular valves are visible, the left and right ventricles are shown in the cross section of the outflow, and the rhythm of the fetal heart is uniform. The internal organs were clearly visible, and there was no obvious abnormality in the intestinal canal.
3. Umbilical cord around the neck: the umbilical cord wrapped around the neck, limbs or abdomen of the fetus is considered as umbilical cord around the neck, usually V means 1 week around the neck, W means 2 weeks around the neck. The most feared problem of umbilical cord wrapping is hypoxia. If the problem is detected, attention should be paid to the fetal movement, which will not affect the choice of delivery method in the future.
In clinical practice, it is generally not recommended that patients try to interpret the potential problems behind the 4D slips on their own, and should leave it to a specialized physician to interpret them accordingly.
