Children farting with feces is usually caused by relaxation of anal sphincter, overdose of laxatives and diarrhea. 1. Anal sphincter relaxation: usually the anal sphincter of children is not fully developed, when farting, the anal sphincter can not be fully contracted, which may cause the feces located near the anus to be discharged along with the gas, i.e. farting with feces. 2. Eating too much laxative: If a child eats too much laxative, resulting in the gastrointestinal tract peristalsis too fast, the child will fart, and because of the effect of the drug to promote the discharge of stools, it may lead to the child farting with feces. 3. Diarrhea: When a child has diarrhea due to eating unclean food, cold abdomen, intestinal infections, etc., the stool in the intestinal tract will be dilute in texture, or even watery, and the anal sphincter of the child will contract poorly, so the phenomenon of farting with feces is likely to occur. If a child farts with feces, it is recommended to go to a regular hospital in time to find out the cause, and then receive professional doctor’s treatment for the cause.
