If the naked eye visual acuity of refractive error patients can be improved to reach the normal level after correction by refractive surgery or keratoplasty, they can correct their visual acuity without wearing frame glasses. If the naked eye visual acuity of refractive error patients can be improved to reach the level of normal visual acuity after correction by full femtosecond laser correction or night-wearing keratoplasty, they can be corrected without wearing framed glasses for a while. However, if the visual acuity is only improved to some extent after rest or vision training, but cannot reach 0.8 or cannot meet the needs of daily life and work, patients need to wear glasses to correct their vision. It is recommended that children with decreased naked-eye vision should seek prompt medical attention to assess their condition and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
