What’s wrong with the heart pain when you sleep?

Hidden pain in the heart while sleeping should be alert to certain diseases, such as unstable angina, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, arrhythmia, etc., and should be promptly consulted to identify the cause of the disease.
1. Unstable angina: unstable angina can occur at rest, and lasts for a long time, the degree of pain can be mild or severe, mostly pressure, pressure, some patients can be accompanied by palpitations, fatigue, sweating, dyspnea and so on.
2. Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease: atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries causes narrowing or occlusion of the lumen, resulting in myocardial ischemia and hypoxia or necrosis. Due to the increase in the amount of return blood at night, the burden on the heart increases, coupled with insufficient blood supply to the coronary arteries, myocardial ischemia and cause vague pain in the heart.
3. Arrhythmia: When atrial fibrillation is combined with ventricular rate acceleration, ventricular fibrillation and other arrhythmias, it can cause hemodynamic disorders of the heart, decreased ejection volume of the heart, resulting in insufficient blood perfusion of cardiac tissues, which induces acute myocardial infarction, and the symptom of precordial pain occurs.
In addition, vague pain in the heart while sleeping may also be caused by pneumothorax, pleural effusion and other respiratory diseases, but this symptom alone is not enough to diagnose the disease, and should be promptly consulted to improve the electrocardiogram and other tests, in order to clarify the diagnosis.
