The current indication of Srulizumab approved by the State Drug Administration is the treatment of unresectable or metastatic microsatellite highly unstable solid tumors that have failed standard treatment. Srolizumab is a new type of PD-1 immune drug independently developed in China, which works by inhibiting tumors from evading the immune process. At present, the approved indications for srulizumab are still based on treatment failure, unresectable or metastatic microsatellite unstable solid tumors. In addition, a clinical trial of srulizumab as a single agent for the treatment of previously untreated extensive lung cancer is underway. Clinical trials of srulizumab in combination with recombinant anti-EGFR humanized monoclonal antibody injection for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma are also ongoing. The use of srulizumab must be under the supervision of an oncologist.
