How to take Anrotinib

Anrotinib is taken in the morning on an empty stomach for two weeks, followed by a one-week break and then continued for another two weeks, which is considered a course of treatment. Anrotinib is a newly released small molecule multi-targeted drug, mainly for advanced non-small cell lung cancer, including lung adenocarcinoma and squamous lung cancer, and can be used as a second or third line targeted therapy for these lung cancer tumors, in addition to targeted therapy for soft tissue sarcoma. Anrotinib can sometimes be used in combination with chemotherapy, and generally the side effects are relatively small, and the current feedback is that there are no major side effects that are tolerable. Side by side treatment, targeted therapy may have a chance of survival for advanced tumors and can prolong survival.
