The role of ectopic pregnancy fluids

In most cases of ectopic pregnancy, the fallopian tubes are affected, for example, by adhesions or tubal incompetence. If the patient is planning to have another baby, it is usually recommended to have a tubal lavage or tubal imaging to further clarify the obstruction of the fallopian tubes. Ectopic pregnancy aeration may have a certain effect on the unblocking of mild tubal adhesions. In addition, after the cooperation between the patient and the doctor, intraoperative fluid reflux and the patient’s pain, or the amount of resistance when pushing the fluid, can further determine the occurrence of tubal incompetence or tubal obstruction. This is a highly subjective procedure and has been gradually replaced by tubal imaging in recent years.
