Currently, the only vaccine that is clinically mature and has a definite clinical effect is the cervical cancer vaccine. Other vaccines for female tumors are not particularly effective and are not widely available in clinical practice. There is definitive clinical research to support that the cervical vaccine can prevent 70% to 90% of cervical cancers in women. Patients can choose cervical 2, 4 quadrivalent, or 9-valent vaccines to be administered depending on their condition and needs. Patients must be aware that women who have had sex before the cervical cancer vaccination need to be screened for cervical TCT and HPV to observe the absence of cervical cancer prior to the injection. Screening for cervical cancer is also needed after the cervical vaccination, as the cervical cancer vaccine does not prevent the occurrence of all cervical cancers.
