How to use the nucleic acid test kit

The use of the New Crown Antigen Test Kit is divided into sessions of sampling, experimentation, result analysis and processing.
1. Sampling, is the initial step, using the sampler on both sides of the nasal cavity were 1 ~ 1.5 cm deep, stay more than 15 seconds in order to collect a valid sample.
2. Experimentation, after the sampling is completed, the head of the sampler will be broken, and the solution in the test tube will be mixed thoroughly, which usually takes about 30~40 seconds. After mixing well, put the cap on the sampler, break off the head, drop the mixture at the round hole of the test stick and wait for the result.
3. If there appears to be a red bar at both C and T, it is positive, if there is a red bar at C, it is negative, and if there is a red bar at T, it is an invalid result.
Negative results need to seal these instruments into a medical waste bag and dispose of them as household waste. Positive results need to be given to specialized medical personnel.
